VERY, VERY REAL ESTATE TAXES high levels of unemployment, long cold, dark winters, high costs for heating in winter, filled with smoke as a permanent air pollution CITIZENS burning trash. Many hungry mosquitoes and wood block. Floods IN 2004 AND 2008, many households, the risk of mold and mildew, arsenic in some private wells for drinking water. Some houses were monitored for concentrations of radon. Did I mention the very high level and higher taxes while behind the REAL ESTATE IN THE BUDGET?

In fact, I think Appleton is the best city in Wisconsin.
